This is an effort at clarifying confusion caused by a host of unrealistic concepts introduced by several current theories of Physics  & Cosmology.  Space & time are not substantive entities but abstract concepts evolving from our perceptions of motion and changes in the surroundings. The two cannot fuse into any concrete spacetime continuum. Therefore Relativity and other theories based on multi dimensional spacetime continua are unrealistic. A wave is undulation   in its propagating medium, so cannot exist without it.  Einstein wrongly replaced physical medium for light wave with non-existent spacetime continuum for his relativity theories .   ‘Creation of matter from nothing’ is unrealistic but Quantum Theory’s Uncertainty Principle and the Big Bang & Steady State theories of expanding universe are based on it. String theories are unclear as to what composes strings and what vibrates in them & how. The Unified Theory (UT) offers the grandest ever unification of  cocepts arising largely from the all-composing and all pervading real physical ‘sharmon medium’ in space propagating light . It (UT) presents a single realistic alternative to several current theories of Physics & Cosmology, doing even that those theories were to but could not do. It (UT)explains  wave-quantum UNITY of light, which Quantum Theory could not explain. Besides explaining light velocity's constancy & invariance to source-observer motion it accounts for the observed variability of light velocity, which invalidates Relativity. Over two hundred elements in Modern Standard Model with super- symmetry make the term ‘element’ meaningless but UT has two elementary cosminos (1/2spin      -ve negatrino & +ve positrino) two charges (electric, mass) and two forces,gravitational & electromagnetic . Cosminos compose all forms of energy & mass as also the ‘sharmon’. The UT as a realistic theory ordains that no real particle is massless or sizeless point and no fermion is neutral. This prediction is supported by the observed mass of neutrino and a –ve electric dipole moment of neutron. Its predicted compositeness of quarks is confirmed by their observed compressibility. It explains a very wide range of phenomena from the 10^-33 cm elementary cosminos through electromagnetic & gravitational radiations then the composition of electron, proton & neutron to the non-expanding nature of billion light year big universe. It has the potential to go from matter to mind, from science to spirituality through science of Homoeopathy and new intraspecies evolution, showing descendance of man from man not ape.
